Drive-Up Teller Drawer Severely Damaged at High Country Bank’s Highway 50 Location

The drive-up teller drawer at the Highway 50 High Country Bank location in Salida was recently severely damaged, resulting in the total closure of the lane.

This has created longer than normal wait times for their customers. In order to help alleviate the situation, while they wait for a replacement drawer to arrive from their supplier, High Country Bank will be opening the drive-up at their downtown location on Saturdays from 9 am to noon.

High Country Bank has been experiencing larger than normal call volumes for customer service. Their employees try to answer calls when they are routed to them, but that is not always possible. If you receive a voice mail, please leave your name, phone number, and a brief message so their employees can call you back.

You can also use your online banking to see your balance, review your statements, make transfers, or temporarily raise your debit card limits. If you don’t have online banking, please sign up at highcountrybank.net.
