Disaster Assistance for Lake County Residents

The good news is that many local nonprofits and Lake County government agencies have been working together to provide support for community members in this time of great community need.

Please reach out if you need additional support and assistance at this time, such as:

 Food resources
 Rental assistance
 Utility assistance
 Connection to mental health supports
 Diapers, wipes and formula
 Volunteer help
 Other needs as determined through individual assessment

The Department of Human Services, Wraparound, Full Circle of Lake County and Lake County Build a Generation will be working together in an effort to ensure all sources of help are considered.

Please fill out a request form at https://tinyurl.com/PbRequestSupport (English) and https://tinyurl.com/PbSolicitarApoyo (Spanish).

Or reach out to staff at Full Circle of Lake County (562) 279-6346), the Lake County Department of Human Services (719-486-2088), Wraparound (719-293-5272), or Lake County Build a Generation (719-398-0017). Any of these
agencies can assist you (in English or Spanish) in completing the questionnaire.

Requests will be reviewed Monday through Friday, and you should receive a follow-up phone call within 48 hours of submitting a request (during business hours).

Please do not hesitate to complete this form or call with questions, as the goal is to ensure the Lake County community has access to all available sources of help.
