Middle school students in the Upper Arkansas Valley are invited to apply for the National Civics Bee, a nonpartisan academic competition focused on civic knowledge and engagement.
The local competition is organized by the League of Women Voters in partnership with the Buena Vista Chamber of Commerce.
The deadline to apply is today. Interested students can submit their applications online at lwvchaffeecounty.org.
