A Fremont County couple is facing criminal charges after allegedly mailing threats to a federal bankruptcy judge.
The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office arrested Danny and Valerie Barker of Cotopaxi.
According to the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office, the couple sent messages to the judge between January and April of last year threatening to kidnap the judge.
