The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of 65-year-old Stephen King of Cotopaxi on 61 charges, including aggravated incest, sexual assault on a child, sexual exploitation of a child, and obscenity.
According to authorities, King turned himself in to the sheriff’s office on Monday and is currently being held without bond.
Officials say the arrest followed information received from an ongoing investigation conducted by the Colorado Springs Police Department.
The case remains under investigation, and no additional details have been released at this time.
