Community Town Hall in Chaffee County to Address Immigration Enforcement Policies

The Chaffee Immigrant Partnership Team and Ark Valley Indivisible are hosting a public town hall tonight focused on how Chaffee County responds to immigration enforcement.

The event will bring together a panel of local leaders, including Andy Rohrich, Russ Johnson, Dr. David Blackburn, Justin Critelli, and P.T. Wood.

Panelists are expected to address a range of topics, including current policies and procedures, how local law enforcement coordinates with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and school district policies related to immigration matters.

The town hall will take place at the Salida High School Gym from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Community members are encouraged to attend and participate in the discussion.
