The Colorado Republican Party filed a lawsuit this week attempting to close state primary elections and bar unaffiliated voters from participating.
The party is suing the Secretary of State and is challenging the legality of Proposition 108, which was passed by voters in 2016 and allows unaffiliated voters to vote in a party’s primary election.
