Early voter turnout in Colorado has increased an amazing 2,400% over 2016 with Democrats returning ballots at the highest rate so far.
More than 300,000 Colorado voters have returned ballots for the November 3rd election. At this time in the 2016 election, only 12,000 people had cast ballots.
