Brett Collyer announced his resignation as the Poncha Springs Public Works Supervisor at the town trustees meeting last night.
Collyer has been with the town since 2006.
Trustees also approved a lease agreement with the Chaffee County Childcare Initiative for the old schoolhouse for five years at $250 a month.
