The 105th Annual Collegiate Peaks Stampede Rodeo kicks off tonight at 7 p.m. at the Buena Vista Rodeo Grounds.
The CPRA-sanctioned rodeo will feature traditional rodeo events along with mini bronc and mini bull competitions designed especially for younger participants.
A second performance is scheduled for tomorrow evening beginning at 6 p.m.
Tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for children ages 6 to 12, and free for children ages 5 and younger. Tickets can be purchased online at Collegiate Peaks Stampede Rodeo or at the gate.
Following each rodeo performance, attendees can continue the celebration with rodeo dances at The Lariat.
The annual event remains one of Buena Vista’s longest-running traditions, drawing competitors and spectators from across the region.
