Salida, CO — The City of Salida invites all community members to attend a public meeting on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the SteamPlant Annex to learn more about the ongoing Land Use Code and Zoning Map rewrite and provide feedback.
This meeting, hosted in partnership with Clarion Associates, will provide an overview of proposed updates aimed at aligning the City’s regulations with the Salida Comprehensive Plan and Future Land Use Map and a summary of the feedback received thus far. Attendees will hear about key changes under consideration and have the opportunity to ask questions and provide in-person feedback.
