Chaffee Shuttle is launching a Senior Shopper Program today.
The Chaffee Shuttle, with funding from Chaffee County Community Foundation and help from Home Health and Hospice, will provide grocery delivery service for senior citizens, or any citizen in need, so they don’t have to leave their home.
First, call Home Health and hospice at 314-201-1450 with your request for groceries. Chaffee Shuttle will pick up the volunteer shopper, drop them off a the grocery store and then deliver the groceries to the seniors house where payment will be taken.
Shopping will be done in Salida and Poncha Springs on Mondays and Wednesdays, in Buena Vista on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
