The Chaffee County Board of Commissioners is accepting letters of interest from residents interested in serving on the Chaffee County Common Ground Citizens Advisory Committee.
The county is looking to fill three positions on the committee, including one regular member position and two alternate member positions.
The Common Ground Citizens Advisory Committee provides community input and recommendations on issues affecting Chaffee County and serves as a link between residents and county government.
Individuals interested in serving are encouraged to submit a letter of interest. Applications will be accepted until 4 p.m. on June 24.
County officials encourage residents who want to become more involved in local government and community decision-making to consider applying.
