Chaffee County Public Health is looking for parents to participate in a survey on vaccines.
The survey is being conducted by Public Health’s Americorps VISTA program working on immunization education and outreach.
This survey is intended to learn more about the opinions of community parents on routine vaccinations in Chaffee County. Routine childhood vaccinations include those protecting against diphtheria, whooping cough, meningitis, and others.
