The Chaffee County Board of Commissioners is meeting today at the Chaffee County Courthouse and will hold a public hearing to discuss BlueTriton Brands’ annual report, a requirement under the company’s 1041 permit.
BlueTriton, formerly known as Nestlé, is authorized to withdraw up to 64 million gallons of water per year from two wells near Ruby Mountain for use in its Arrowhead brand bottled water.
