The Chaffee County Commissioners met yesterday in Buena Vista, approving several key measures, including:
- A contract with L.M. Kersting Construction to replace the roof on the Chaffee County Fairgrounds north building.
- An amendment to the special event permit for the Pretty Lights concert at The Meadows, west of Buena Vista, scheduled for June 26-29.
The amendment adjusts the amplified sound schedule, allowing for:
- Extended sound periods on Thursday night.
- Daytime amplified sound on Friday.
The Pretty Lights concert is expected to draw 10,000 attendees.
