Chaffee County Commissioners will hold a regular meeting today via Zoom.
Commissioners will conduct two public hearings: one to consider short term rental application and renewal fees, the second to consider a final plat for the Centerville Ranch subdivision in Nathrop.
Commissioners will also discuss and consider a land use code waiver for High Country Village Manufactured Home Planned Development in Johnson Village. The development would be deed restricted workforce housing.
Chaffee County Commissioners will also discuss a Planning Commission vacancy and review the Chaffee County Fair budget and consider additional financial support.
