The ground and air attach on the Canyonlands Fire continues in Fremont County.
Today is day 7 of the fire that is burning 9 miles west of Canon City. It is 50 acres in size and 0 percent contained.
Rain over the weekend helped the firefighting effort and more precipitation is in the forecast. Crews hope to have the fire 100 percent contained by Friday.
