The Buena Vista Board of Trustees will hold a regular meeting tonight at 7pm. Ahead of the meeting, a work session at 6pm will focus on a discussion regarding short-term rentals.
During the regular meeting, Trustees will be introduced to Planning and Zoning applicant Lisa Field and hear a presentation from Read McCulloch, Executive Director of the Chaffee Housing Trust.
Under business items, Trustees will:
- Review whether a proposed sales room at Strange Craft Beer Company presents any concerns related to traffic, noise, or neighborhood impacts.
- Consider a professional services agreement with Western Sky Dynamics for construction of the Chicago Ranch Loop Trail.
- Receive information about a one-time transfer of funds from the General Fund to the Airport Fund.
The meeting is open to the public and will be held at Buena Vista Town Hall.
