Buena Vista Schools are in the process of closing out the school year this week and getting ready for graduation this Saturday.
Students are going to the school this week to pick up personal items and drop off school supplies.
Graduation is Saturday night at The Comanche Drive In. It is a private ceremony with 2 cars per senior being allowed. The community can take part by lining Main Street for a senior parade that will travel from Avery Parsons Elementary to the drive-in beginning at 7:30 pm.
What next fall will look like is still be decided. A decision is anticipated in July. To keep the community updated, Buena Vista schools will conduct weekly Monday virtual meetings beginning May 25.
