The Buena Vista School Board will meet tonight, beginning with a budget study session at 5 p.m. The board’s regular meeting is scheduled to start at 6:30 p.m.
Today is also the deadline to apply for the vacant seat on the Buena Vista School Board. Applications must be submitted by the end of the business day.
To qualify for the position, applicants must be registered voters, have lived within the Buena Vista School District for at least 12 consecutive months and reside in District 3.
The individual selected to fill the vacancy will serve on the board until the next election in November 2027.
