Buena Vista Invites Community to 6th Annual “Keeping Bewnie Buena” Cleanup Event

The Town of Buena Vista is gearing up for its 6th annual Keeping Bewnie Buena event, inviting residents to come together and help keep the community clean and beautiful on April 26.

Organized by the Buena Vista Recreation Department, this year’s event includes partnerships with the Greater Arkansas River Nature Association and Bless BV Day, expanding its impact and community involvement.

Participants are asked to meet at the Buena Vista Community Center at 1 p.m. on April 26 for check-in. Volunteers will be organized into groups and assigned cleanup areas throughout town.

The town will provide trash bags and a large waste receptacle at the community center for collected debris. Participants are encouraged to bring gloves.

Organizers say the event is a great way for residents to give back, connect with neighbors, and take pride in maintaining Buena Vista’s natural beauty.
