Snow is in the forecast for Wednesday, Nov. 2nd. Is your vehicle ready?
AAA says the biggest thing to check is your tires. In Colorado, they encourage you to have winter tires, but all-season tires that say mud + snow work well too.
Also check your battery. If your battery is more than three to five years old, it’s time for a new one. Your wiper blades should be changed every six months.
An emergency car kit is also a good idea. The kit should contain a flashlight, small shovel, candles and matches, first aid kit, extra clothes and boots, blankets, water, and food that won’t spoil like energy bars.
