The Saguache County Housing Authority is now accepting applications for the Range View Apartments, a new 32-unit affordable housing development in Saguache.
The project will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment units and is designed to serve residents in the region, including those who commute to nearby communities such as Salida and Alamosa.
Amenities at the development will include washer and dryer hookups in units, an onsite laundry facility, a children’s play area, community garden space, and outdoor fitness equipment.
Move-ins are expected to begin in September.
Saguache is located approximately 46 miles from Salida via Highway 285 and about 45 miles from Alamosa, making it a potential housing option for workers and families throughout the region.
