The Range View Apartments at 250 Gunnison Avenue in Saguache will hold a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony tomorrow at the beginning at 1pm.
The Range View Apartments are a 32-unit multi-family affordable housing facility. The one, two and three bedroom units feature washer/dryer hookups as well as an onsite laundry, a play area for children, a garden area and outdoor fitness equipment. Guests to the opening ceremony will have the opportunity to tour the property and pick up applications for available units.
Applications will be received and processed in the order they are submitted, based on the date and time received. Acceptance to these affordable units is based on proof of income. You can find the application and more information here: https://rangeview.nwrecc.org/
