Chaffee County Commissioners said “no” to Seven Peaks Music Festival’s special request yesterday.
Live Nation, the promoter of the music festival, had asked commissioners to cover the cost of police and EMS services for the 2020 festival which is valued at $184,000.
The special event permit was approved, with provisions, including an updated traffic study and improving environmental practices.
