The Salida Circus is a local 501c3 non-profit organization approaching it’s 20th year. To spread the word about its good works and latest news, the Circus is hosting an open house event Nov. 1st from 12pm to 2pm at the Salida Circus Haus at 605 Teller St.
During this event the Circus’ new executive director, Ryan Drengler will be introduced. He is a former public defender with a near-perfect trial record and has lived in Salida with his family for about eight years. Drengler is an avid outdoorsman, community volunteer and proud dad. He brings his diverse experience to this important role. During the activities, Drengler plans to cut his hair to donate to Wigs for Kids.
Among the festivities, local food and treats will be served and there will be a fund-raising garage sale. The Elemental 5 gym is providing an inflatable obstacle course, the band Hemmed-in-Hollow will play a few tunes and new tenants at the Circus Haus, the Chaffee Cycle Collective will share information about their bike donation program.
All are welcome to attend. If you have high quality donations for the garage sale, text (262)220-2837 by October 27th.
