Salida voters are being asked to approve medium-density residential zoning for the 5H LLC development on the west side of Salida on 15 acres located situated between Crestone Avenue and Airport Road, south of the Crestone Mesa and Cottonwood Green neighborhoods.
Developers, Walt Harder, Dustin Hughes, and Britt Hughes sought approval for medium density construction after the high density proposal was repealed when neighbors filed a successful referendum petition. The issue goes to the voters Nov. 3rd.
A community discussion about the ballot measure is taking place tonight at the Rotary Scout Hut in Salida beginning at 6pm.
