The ChaffeeGIVES campaign kicks-off this Friday, Oct. 23rd, 9am to 4pm at the new Nonprofit Hub at Jane’s Place in Salida. The Chaffee County Community Foundation (CCCF) invites community members, nonprofit organizations, and local supporters to the drop-in event to celebrate local nonprofits, prepare for the upcoming giving season, and help spread the word about ChaffeeGIVES.
Attendees are encouraged to pick up a ChaffeeGIVES yard sign to display support for the organizations that make Chaffee County a stronger, more connected community..
This year’s campaign has set an ambitious goal of raising $1 million for local nonprofits through Colorado Gives Day on December 8th. The Nonprofit Hub at Jane’s Place is at 302 W. Highway 291, at the corner of 3rd Street, Salida, Colorado.
Founded in 2018, CCCF is a public, nonprofit organization created by and for the people to promote and facilitate philanthropy in Chaffee County.
