A popular Halloween event at Royal Gorge Bridge and Park will not return this year.
“Boo at the Bridge” has been canceled according to the park’s Facebook page. The event has featured Halloween-themed activities for families, including trick-or-treating, games and entertainment. The park has not publicly provided a reason why this year’s event was canceled.
According to KOAA News 5, the director of marketing and communications for The Royal Gorge Bridge and Park says are currently in the middle of an ownership transition and weren’t able to host the event this year. It isn’t clear if the event is canceled permanently or if it will be brought back in the future.
