It’s a bucolic setting for the 20th Annual Guidestone Harvest Festival and Pumpkin Patch at Hutchinson Homestead this weekend and next. Green pastures mingle with the changing leaves as a backdrop for happy children finding that perfect pumpkin!
Lots to do, from face painting to patting an adorable and friendly pygmy goat to observing an old cider press or a loom demonstration. Grab yourself a caramel apple and then saunter around as the kids climb on tractors, rope a “steer” or visit the pet donkey. There’s something for everyone and the wide open spaces accommodate the gentle crowds.
Visit today through Sunday and then again next weekend, Friday through Sunday, from 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 4pm each day at the Hutchinson Homestead and Learning Center at 8913 W. Hwy 50.
Tickets are available, $17 for ages 3 and older at: https://guidestonecolorado.org/pumpkin-patch-harvest-festival/
