Forecast for Sept. 30th

Here’s your forecast from Heart of the Rockies Radio-

Periods of moderate to heavy rainfall will continue across the area today. The heaviest rainfall will be along and south of Highway 50. Flash flooding remains a concern. 

Several inches of snow could fall over the mountains, above 11,000 feet.        

Salida and Buena Vista will see a high of 57.  A low of 43. 

The San Luis Valley can expect a high of 53, a low of 41.   

Leadville and Fairplay look for a high of 47 with a low of 33.
