Last Day to Complete County Public Health Survey

Today is the last day to participate in Chaffee County Public Health’s 2026 Community Health Assessment. 

Residents are invited to complete the confidential community survey that will help identify the health issues, strengths, and priorities that matter most. The survey helps the county assess the health needs of the community and use that information to guide planning and decision making.
