Chaffee County Public Health is asking community members to participate in the 2026 Community Health Assessment.
Beginning next Monday through October 2nd, residents are invited to complete a confidential community survey that will help identify the health issues, strengths, and priorities that matter most.
In Colorado, every five years local public health agencies are required to access the health needs of their communities and use that information to guide planning and decision making.
The survey will be available on the Chaffee County website or by a paper survey available at Chaffee County Public Health.
