Chaffee County Commissioners yesterday extended the ban on medical and retail marijuana facilities in the county.
Commissioners also approved a resolution for the Hawkins Minor Subdivision final plat, ambulance licensing for Chaffee County Emergency Medical Services and a resolution delegating Chaffee Housing Trust Executive Director Read McCulloch as an agent who can authorize, sign, and administer Department of Local Affairs Funds associated with the Home Ownership Program.
