Buena Vista, CO – The next quarterly meeting for Chaffee County Women Who Care (CCWWC) will take place on Tuesday, July 14th at Buena Vista Heritage Museum, located on 506 East Main Street in Buena Vista.
The evening will begin with a social time at 5:00 PM, followed by the program at 5:30 PM. The membership will hear presentations from local nonprofit organizations
- Elevating Readers Together
- High Country Fine Arts Association
- League of Women Voters of Chaffee County
Once each nonprofit makes their pitch, the CCWWC members vote. The nonprofit with the most votes at the quarterly meeting receives the entire award ($100 x # of members).
The group will also hear from the April 2026 award winner, Shining Mountains Montessori. A representative from the organization will share an update on how they used their $19,000 award.
