Weather Forecast for July 4th

Wildfire smoke is expected today with an Air Quality Health Advisory active across the region.

In Salida & Buena Vista, We will see Sunny skies,  with a high near 89. Then back down to a low around 51 overnight.

San Luis Valley: Sunny & breezy, with a high near 86 and patchy smoke expected. Then back down to a low near 49 overnight.

Leadville & Fairplay:  Sunny, with a high near 73 and a light breeze. Then back down to a low near 39 tonight.

Looking ahead to the rest of the weekend: Patchy smoke is expected to be present throughout the weekend and will clear up by the beginning of the new week.
