The Salida City Council will hold its regular meeting tonight beginning at 6 p.m.
Under the consent agenda, council members are expected to approve special event liquor licenses for the community’s Fourth of July celebration, the 30th Annual Brewers Rendezvous, and the Wine Fest.
Council will also consider a proclamation declaring June as LGBTQ Pride Month in Salida.
In new business, council members will review two resolutions. One would adopt Chaffee County median-income-derived maximum affordable monthly rent and home sale price standards, while the other would amend the city’s 2026 fee schedule.
The meeting is open to the public and will address a variety of issues affecting the community, including housing affordability and city fees.
