CDOT Begins Highway 24 Resurfacing Project Near Buena Vista

Colorado Department of Transportation is beginning a resurfacing project today along U.S. Highway 24 north of Buena Vista.

Motorists traveling through the area should expect alternating traffic patterns and delays of up to 15 minutes during construction, which is expected to continue through September.

The project will improve approximately nine miles of highway stretching from Mountain View Drive to Granite.

CDOT is also continuing another resurfacing project along Highway 24 between Leadville and Minturn.
