Buena Vista to Host 6th Annual “Keeping BV Buena” Community Cleanup

The Town of Buena Vista is inviting residents to take part in its 6th annual “Keeping BV Buena” community cleanup event this Sunday.

Organized by the Buena Vista Recreation Department, this year’s event is being held in partnership with the Greater Arkansas River Nature Association and Bless BV Day.

Participants are asked to meet at the Buena Vista Community Center at 1 p.m. on the 26th, where they will be divided into groups and assigned cleanup areas throughout town.

The town will provide trash bags and a large waste receptacle at the community center, but volunteers are encouraged to bring their own gloves.

Organizers say the event is a great way to give back to the community while helping keep Buena Vista clean and beautiful.
