Family and Youth Initiatives is offering a free Nurturing Parenting class for local families, beginning tomorrow evening and running through July 8.
The class is designed for parents and caregivers of children from birth to age 5 and will take place each Wednesday from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Touber Building.
Participants will explore a range of topics focused on strengthening family relationships, including parenting with empathy, understanding child development, practicing nurturing discipline techniques, and building strong parent-child bonds.
The program is free to attend and includes dinner and childcare for participants.
