The First Presbyterian Church in Salida will host a community forum presented by the church’s Justice and Advocacy Committee titled “Immigration 101.”
The event will feature stories from immigrants and include discussion aimed at exploring common myths and facts surrounding immigration.
“Immigration 101” will take place tomorrow from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church, 7 Poncha Blvd. in Salida.
The forum is free to attend, and child care will be provided. Organizers say the event is open to everyone in the community.
