The Salida Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for the proposed Confluent Park subdivision when the meet tonight at 6 pm in council chambers.
The parcel for Confluent Park consists of 15 acres located on Vandaveer Ranch at the northeast corner of Highway 50 and Vandaveer Ranch Road.
The developer of Confluent Park is requesting a Major Impact Review to approve proposed amendments to the Vandaveer Ranch Planned Development Plan, including revising the allowed land uses, residential density, lot sizes, public approval process and parking. The project is a mixed use development including retail, office, residential and park uses.
