Colorado Parks and Wildlife is inviting residents to opt outside this Black Friday with its annual “Fresh Air Friday”event, offering free admission to all Colorado State Parks today.
The initiative encourages Coloradans to swap crowded stores for the great outdoors, providing a refreshing alternative to traditional holiday shopping. With 42 state parks across Colorado, visitors have plenty of options for hiking, wildlife viewing, and enjoying the state’s natural beauty.
CPW says the free day is part of its ongoing effort to promote outdoor recreation and connect people with nature year-round.
