Salida’s Holiday Park is set to return this season, featuring 100 festive trees decorated by local families, nonprofits, and businesses. The display will be open to the public from November 24 through early January.
The Salida Sunrise Rotary, which coordinates the annual event, is now accepting applications from those interested in adopting a tree. Fees are $30 for family, individual, or memory trees; $40 for nonprofit and service groups; and $75 for businesses.
Application forms are available at the Heart of the Rockies Chamber of Commerce or online at salidasunriserotary.com.
Proceeds from Holiday Park help fund college scholarships for students graduating from the Salida School District.
