Chaffee County Public Health (CCPH), in collaboration with the Chaffee County Community Foundation (CCCF), invites all local organizations, nonprofits, and businesses that support community health and well-being to participate in the upcoming revamp of Chaffee Resources — the county’s comprehensive online directory connecting residents with local services.
The new site, launching at the end of 2025, will feature expanded categories, a mobile-friendly design, multilingual access, and improved search filters to make it easier than ever for residents and professionals to find accurate, up-to-date information about local services.
This outreach effort is open to all community programs and organizations, including those already listed on the current site. Project lead Emily Marquis will work directly with each organization to review and update information, set up enhanced profiles, and ensure every listing reflects how each provider wishes to be found. The goal is to make the process easy, personalized, and impactful for all participants.
“Our community already has so many services doing incredible work. This redesign ensures we connect people more quickly, with accurate and seamless profiles that reflect everything an organization does. We also want to promote and celebrate the amazing individuals and organizations that make these services possible —the people who make Chaffee County such a caring and resilient place to live. There’s never been a more important time to support one another; this project is part of how we come together under our We Are Chaffee spirit to build belonging, strengthen our safety net, and show up for neighbors who need help now.”
— Andrea Carlstrom, Director of Chaffee County Public Health
Chaffee Resources is more than a website; it’s a collective effort to connect, inform, and strengthen the community during a time when collaboration matters most. The platform will not only help residents access services quickly but also highlight the individuals and programs driving positive change across the county.
Organizations offering health, mental health, housing, food, caregiving, youth, aging, financial, transportation, or legal services are encouraged to contact or call 719-539-4510 to participate.
This project is managed through a contract with Emily Marquis, in partnership with Chaffee County Public Health and the Chaffee County Community Foundation.
