The Greater Arkansas River Nature Association is seeking volunteers to help clean up along County Road 240 tomorrow. Chaffee Rec Adopters will be dismantling rock fire rings and removing ash and trash. Volunteers can register through the program calendar at garna.org.
GARNA and the Town of Buena Vista are also sponsoring an e-waste recycling event on September 27th at Buena Vista Public Works. The event is free, though TV’s and CRT monitors will carry a $30 fee.
