The League of Women Voters is hosting a public forum on water issues in the Upper Arkansas Valley today from noon to 1 p.m. at the Buena Vista Safety Complex, 200 Steele Drive.
Greg Felt, General Manager of the Upper Arkansas Water Conservancy District, will be the featured speaker. He will discuss water law, management, and the challenges facing the valley.
