The Colorado Bureau of Investigation reports that two juveniles have been arrested in connection with a Monday shooting that injured a Leadville teen.
The Lake County Sheriff’s Office says the victim, a juvenile male, told deputies he was confronted by two other juveniles and shot in the arm. His injuries were not life-threatening, and he has since been released from the hospital.
Deputies located and arrested the suspects shortly after the incident. Both are from the Leadville/Lake County area and face attempted first-degree murder charges.
