The Saguache County Housing Authority has announced the construction of Range View Apartments, a 32-unit multi-family affordable housing facility. With an expected completion date in 2026, they are offering the opportunity to be placed on an interested list that will be converted into a waiting list at the appropriate time.
The one, two and three bedroom units will be located in Saguache, a bedroom community for both Salida and Alamosa. The units will feature washer/dryer hookups as well as an onsite laundry, a play area for children, a garden area and outdoor fitness equipment.
Range View is within walking distance of the post office, library, restaurants, a bank and small grocery store. Saguache is 46 miles from Salida on Highway 285 and 45 miles from Alamosa. To be added to the interested list, call 719-655-2804.
